Črni Vrh is a dispersed settlement in the hills northwest of Polhov Gradec in the Municipality of Dobrova-Polhov Gradec in the Upper Carniola region of Slovenia.[2]
The Parish Church in the settlement is dedicated to Saint Leonard.[3]
